Private Tours to Blenheim Palace
“At Blenheim I took two very important decisions: to be born and to marry. I am content with the decision I took on both occasions” Sir Winston Churchill
Blenheim Palace is one of the most spectacular houses in England, a treasure house of art and architecture. It was built 300 years ago for the first Duke and Duchess of Marlborough, and remains the home of their descendants today. Sir Winston Churchill, the grandson of the 7th Duke, was born here.
Many of England’s most prominent architects, artists, craftsmen and garden designers worked here, and Blenheim continues to have strong links with the Arts, with exhibitions and concerts a regular feature on the Events Calendar.
The extensive gardens can be visited separately if you would like a gardens tour. Specialist tours led by garden staff can be booked.
PRICES
All tours are by car, for up to 6 people, with your own private driver-guide. Tour prices from £755.

Blenheim Palace & Oxford
Oxford is the home of England’s oldest university. We will take a walk in the footsteps of famous students, hearing about Harry Potter, JRR Tolkien, Lewis Carroll and Mr Bean, as well as Einstein and Tim Berners-Lee, the ‘inventor’ of the world wide web. Lunch in an Oxford or country pub.

Blenheim Palace & the Cotswolds
Spend some time exploring the charming villages of the Cotswolds – and maybe stop for afternoon tea. We’ll see thatched cottages, pretty gardens, antique and craft shops, and sheep grazing contentedly in the countryside. Quintessential England.

Blenheim Palace garden & Hidcote Manor garden
For gardens enthusiasts, two completely contrasting visits – one on a grand scale, the other very intimate.
Hidcote Manor is among the most famous 20th century gardens in England. It’s designer, Lawrence Johnston, created ‘garden rooms’, each with its own character and peak season.
